Because our services involve scheduled live sessions and digital access, we have established the following clear guidelines regarding cancellations, reschedules, and refunds. By booking a session or purchasing a service on our Website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Class & Session Cancellations

We understand that schedules change; however, because our slots are limited, we require sufficient notice to offer open positions to other community members.

Single Sessions & Class Bookings

  • More than 24 hours notice: If you cancel or request a reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled class or session start time, you are eligible for a full refund or a direct class credit.

  • Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

  • No-Shows: If you miss a scheduled class or session without prior notification, the session will be forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued.

Late Arrivals

  • To ensure a high-quality experience for all participants, sessions start promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late to an online or in-person session, the class will still conclude at its originally designated time, and no partial refund or time extension will be granted.

2. Package and Subscription Plans

  • Class Packages (Bundles): Multi-session packages are sold at a discounted rate and are non-refundable once the first session has been attended or utilized. Unused package balances expire based on the timeframe specified at purchase.

  • Membership/Community Subscriptions: Recurring subscription fees for community tiers or ongoing memberships are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal, which will prevent future billing. You will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Promotional Offers & Discount Codes

  • Any bookings or purchases made using promotional discounts, special event offers, or coupon codes (such as the code STRONG for 10% off online bookings) are final sale and are not eligible for monetary refunds.

  • In the event that a class bought under a promotion is canceled by us, a credit for the exact amount paid will be issued to your account.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We pride ourselves on empathy and community care. We understand that medical emergencies, sudden severe illnesses, or unexpected life events occur.

If you must cancel a session within the 24-hour window due to a sudden medical emergency, please reach out to us directly at care@wvion.com. We handle these rare circumstances on a case-by-case basis and may offer a complimentary reschedule or account credit at our sole discretion.

5. Right of Cancellation by Wellvion

On rare occasions, a class or session may need to be canceled or postponed by Wellvion by Pooja Gupta due to instructor illness, technical/hosting difficulties, or scheduling conflicts.

In the event that we cancel your session:

  • You will be notified as early as possible via email or text.

  • You will be given the option to reschedule to a future date or receive a 100% full refund to your original payment method.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or Wix Payments).

  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
